Anna Font has a special ability to transform reality and turn it into the magical world of silk with vibrant colors and undulating forms, taking her to a state of dreamlike fantasy which enhances the “joy of living”.

She studied Applied Arts and Artistic Crafts at “Llotja” School in Barcelona. She is specialized in Artistic textile, Painting Procedures and Mural Techniques.

She has participated in numerous collective exhibitions, a selection of which are: 2014-Casa Batllo Gaudi (Barcelona); 2010-2012 Kurokawa Galery, Tokyo, Japan; 1993 Roglan Art Gallery (Barcelona); 1990 L’Art des jeunes catalans, à Rastatt (Allemagne); 1989 Museu Textil of Terrassa (Catalunya), etc.

Recent solo exhibitions are 2016-2017 Art Supermarket in Solothurn, Switzerland. 2016 Universe-ilk. New subjectivity. Pedralbes Centre Shopping. Barcelona; 2016 Art Canyelles, exhibition of silks and finalist; 2015 Mira-món .Marcs Gallery, Badalona (Barcelona).

She has also worked with multinational companies doing promotional designs for brands like “L’Oreal” “Chen Yu” Lejia “Conejo”, “Janira”, “Don Algodon” and a special collaboration for the campaign “Mulla’t 2005” to support the fight against Multiple Sclerosis.
