artAmore Sitges presents the Exhibition: “AEQUORE” by Elvira Rodríguez Roura.

Elvira presents a selection of works inspired by the sea, with the sensuality and the touch of irony that characterizes her work. Encaustic, engraving and sculpture.

(Vilanova i la Geltrú) She studies painting and mural procedures at the Escola Massana in Barcelona, sculpture at EMAID, Vilanova i la Geltrú art school and currently works on clay sculpture and different engraving techniques.
In 2020 she was the winner of the 40th International Cadaqués Mini Print Contest, she was also 1st prize of the 3rd Painting Mixed Media contest organized by Lessedra Art Gallery in Sofia (Bulgaria) and 3 consecutive prizes: 2013, 2014 and 2015, at the “International Competition of Muz-Martínez miniature paintings “. She was awarded in Argentina, in the 1st and 2nd Biennial of the Engraving Miniprint “Proyectarte”.

Elvira has had numerous group and solo exhibitions.
