ArtAmore Sitges is proud to present “Silent Shout”, the new exhibition by Valentina Brostean, an exhibition that pays tribute to feminine transformation and the deep connection between body, soul, and nature. Coinciding with our 11th anniversary and the International Women’s Day (March 8th), this exhibition offers a unique opportunity to explore the work of an artist with a bold and poetic vision of femininity.

About the “Silent Shout” Exhibition

The “Silent Shout” series delves into the transformation of the female body and identity, presenting a universe where physical change and inner development intertwine in constant evolution. Through her works, Valentina Brostean challenges traditional ideals of beauty and femininity, showcasing fluid, metamorphic bodies where skin merges with natural elements like roots and leaves.

Valentina’s figures appear with closed eyes, symbolizing deep introspection and a detachment from external validation. This series invites viewers to immerse themselves in a world where the female body is a continuously changing entity, shaped by time and experience, with nature playing a crucial role in representing identity.

About the Artist: Valentina Brostean

Born in Novi Sad, Serbia (1983), Valentina Brostean is a multidisciplinary visual artist with over 15 years of experience. Her unique style, defined as “new contemporary figuration”, is characterized by a vibrant palette, unexpected compositions, and a deep exploration of emotional states and human identity.

With a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design and a Master’s in Illustration, Brostean has developed an artistic approach that blends traditional and digital media, exploring the subconscious, dreams, and the intersection of reality and surrealism. Her work has been exhibited in various galleries and art events across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, establishing her as a prominent emerging artist.

Beyond her personal work, Valentina has collaborated with renowned brands and international publications such as Armani Exchange, The Washington Post, and Il Corriere Della Sera, applying her distinctive style to editorial and fashion illustration.
