This summer, Artamore Sitges presents the exclusive exhibition “Les Fleurs du Mâle” by the French artist Sébastien Rouanet , a vibrant, erotic visual journey celebrating diversity, male beauty, and contemporary gay imagery.

Inspired by iconic figures such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Pierre et Gilles, Tom of Finland, and infused with the poetic echoes of Charles Baudelaire, Rouanet offers a bold and refined perspective on masculinity. Sailors, stripes and open shirts take centre stage in a pictorial universe that plays with the visual codes of desire and identity.

Originally from Toulouse and in love with Catalonia, especially with Sitges, Sébastien blends acrylic, oil, ink and watercolour techniques in a sensorial, multifaceted body of work. Each piece is an invitation to explore a world where difference is embraced, not hidden.

His visual language flirts with pop, gay culture, and social commentary, with subtle references to artists like Banksy to reflect on tolerance, freedom, and the right to be oneself.
