Buy in artAmore Sitges is very simple: just choose an item, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon of the cart and complete your order. The amount of the selected work will be added shipping charges, which depend on your location. Simply follow the steps that are marked in our purchasing process. We will keep in touch with you at all times to know how your buying process is.
You can pay your purchases with credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, 4B and Euro Card 6000), by Paypal, or by bank transfer to our bank account.
Credit Card: With this method of payment, the customer agrees, directly to the page of the financial institution to enter your credit card details as a final step of the buying process. Payment is the fastest, most efficient and safe.
PayPal: With this method of payment, the customer agrees, directly, the PayPal payment system, to enter their data as a user of PayPal, or your credit card details as a final step of the buying process.
Bank Transfer: By this method of payment the customer must pay the amount of your order on the bank account number of the company, which appears in the final step of the buying process.

SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDED, being totally FREE, in the case of Spanish mainland and Portugal. For the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, the rest of Europe, the USA and Canada, shipping costs will be free depending on the weight of the product. IN ANY CASE IT WILL BE INDICATED DURING THE PURCHASING PROCESS.
Depending on the type of item and the destination, there may be limitations or special shipping conditions. Shipping charges are calculated taking into account the location of the buyer. At any time and effective before making your purchase, you will know how much will cost shipping.
As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Normally, we delivery your order within 10 days of it being placed. When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from our certified shipping partners and the receipt/invoice as a PDF for you to print out.
All artworks are sent to the purchaser via guaranteed courier service.
We ship worldwide. Please note that shipments to countries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes, no indicated in the process of shopping.
The artworks will be received within 7 working days, although the service may take up to 28 days because of delivery problems.
The courier will come to the point of reception indicated by the purchaser, having previously called him by telephone to assure him that there will be someone there to receive the order.
If the delivery address provided by the purchaser is not correct the order will be delayed until the incident has been resolved.
The delivery and invoice addresses can be different.
The shipping costs will vary according to the country in which the purchaser resides. The list of countries and shipping costs will be specified at the moment of purchase.
Both framed and non framed works will be heavily protected to be received in perfect condition.
If you have received an artwork with any type of flaw please get in contact with us within the first 24 hours after the receipt of the order.
In compliance with Spanish Law 7/1996, dated January 15, on Retail Merchandise Management and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the customer will have a period of 15 calendar days for the return of the work, counting from the date of the reception of it. To return it, you must send the work together with the certificate of authenticity to the address on the sender. In this case, artAmore Sitges will reimburse you the full amount paid for the purchase in accordance with the regulations set forth above, without any reason being required. Also, you are informed that the shipping costs on the occasion of such return will be borne by the customer.
Please note that: the artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in an appropriate packaging, ideally in its original packaging. Artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. it is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks.
For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided.
Once we receive your request we'll process it within 1 working day.We will confirm your designated pickup date of the return and provide all instructions and shipping labels via email 1 working day before the collection.
Refunds will be applied exclusively when artAmore Sitges considers that some point covered in Terms and Conditions has been contravened. artAmore Sitges reserves the right to refund prior to the delivery of the order.
All the artworks of our artists are original. All are signed by the artists.
artAmore Sitges acts as an intermediary between the authors of the works and the users that acquire them. ArtAmore Sitges informs that the authors of the works have guaranteed the following information regarding the promoted works in this website: Authenticity of the Work. Originality of the Work. No infringement of third party rights. The work is not a national heritage asset of the country. The work is not an exportable asset nor of cultural interest.
If you are not satisfied, you have a deadline of 15 calendar days for the return of the artwork, after notification by email within 24 hours of receipt. In case of deterioration in the transport you will be able to return the work and the amount of the work will be refunded it.
CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BUYER AND ARTAMORE SITGES
The purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain for distance sales. Purchases made by persons resident in the European Community, will be subject to the payment of Value Added Tax, and purchases made by persons resident in non-EU countries will be exempt from this tax.
For any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution that arises, the parties submit to the Judges and Tribunals of Barcelona Capital (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
