If you have received an artwork with any type of flaw please get in contact with us within the first 24 hours after the receipt of the order. 

In compliance with Spanish Law 7/1996, dated January 15, on Retail Merchandise Management and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the customer will have a period of 15 calendar days for the return of the work, counting from the date of the reception of it. To return it, you must send the work together with the certificate of authenticity to the address on the sender. In this case, artAmore Sitges will reimburse you the full amount paid for the purchase in accordance with the regulations set forth above, without any reason being required.

Also, you are informed that the shipping costs on the occasion of such return will be borne by the customer.

Please note that: the artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging. Artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging* in order to qualify for a refund. it is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks. 

For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided.

Once we receive your request we'll process it within 1 working day.We will confirm your designated pickup date of the return and provide all instructions and shipping labels via email 1 working day before the collection.


Refunds will be applied exclusively when artAmore Sitges considers that some point covered in Terms and Conditions has been contravened. artAmore Sitges reserves the right to refund prior to the delivery of the order.
