She has won the 1st prize of the 3rd Painting Mixed Media competition organized by the Lessedra Art Gallery of Sofia (Bulgaria) and 3 consecutive prizes: 2013, 2014 and 2015, in the “Certamen Internacional de minicuadros Muz-Martínez“. She was also awarded in Argentina, in the 1st and 2nd Bienal del Miniprint de grabado Proyectarte. Elvira has held several group and individual exhibitions.

Under the title “Corbes i volum”, Curves and volume, Elvira has prepared a selection of pictures worked with the encaustic technique, a very old painting procedure, based on pigments, waxes and resin,  that produces a special texture and at the same time a small relief that incites you to touch.

The thematic is figuration. It’s artistic naked with all its sensuality and a touch of fine irony. As a novelty, she presents her interactive cube-shaped painting, also made with the encaustic technique.
