Max Pedreira – Fantastic Creatures
artAmore Sitges, coinciding with the 55th International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia, presents the new painting exhibition by Max Pedreira, a sample of combined scenes and characters inspired by the world of horror and fiction cinema. A contemporary and ancient look at the same time. The inauguration will take place on October 1 at 6:30 p.m.
Maximiliano Pedreira, native of San Martín – Buenos Aires, (Argentina), currently resides in Sitges. Self-taught artist, at the age of 6 he began his artistic vocation in a plastic arts workshop. Pedreira, who also works as a teacher, has held more than 80 international exhibitions throughout his career: Argentina, USA, Germany, UK, etc.
Jury and curatorship of various competitions and exhibitions: Ciudad Larroque Jury, Entre Rios twice, Gualeguaychu Entre Rios Jury, Curatorship of the Hermanos Grimm Association, Kassel Germany, Curatorship Wilhelm Busch Geburtshaus, Wiedensahl Germany, Curatorship Struwwelpeter Museum, Frankfurt/Main Germany.
