Fall has arrived and now we start artAmore Sitges artistic activities in our space.

We want to share with you the events calendar that began on Saturday October 4th. Our purpose is to get art and crafts closer to you. We want you to meet our artists and artisans, the people who make possible artAmore.

We kick off on Festival Internacional de Cinema Fantàstic de Catalunya. On Saturday October 4^th, from 12.00 until 20.30 hrs., Fluttershy offers you face paint in our space. Sitges Zombie Walk , legions of zombies who can see their faces painted by a professional body make-up artist. Release the inner Zombie within.

On October 7th the Escola de Puntaires de l’Arboç, bobbin lacemakers from Arboç will visit us. The singular lace made in Arboç has been declared official Crafts of Catalonia by Artesania de Catalunya. Since 1588 we can find documents in Catalonia regarding bobbin lace and still, nowadays, it’s maintained and one of the most representative crafts or our land.

On November 7th  BICHO LAMP will conduct a recycling workshop. Daniel redefines the way people see the garbage, transforming their function and turning ordinary and everyday objects, into works of art, in order to help change our consumption cycle.
