We will dress our shop window during the next edition of the International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia, to participate in the Contest organized by the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia Foundation. We will also participate in the first edition of the Children’s Gymkhana “Find the Monolith”, which will be held during the days of the Festival from October 5 to 12.

We have also prepared Exhibitions and Activities to commemorate the 51st edition of the Film Festival in Sitges:

Until October 9 included: “Robots” by Eugenia Morago: Painting exhibition. Nostalgic and retro oil painting works with a futuristic point of view. Her technical variety make the robots seem to jump off the canvas.

On October 6, coinciding with Sitges Zombie Walk, from 12:30 pm, until 8pm, Kaya Art offers makeup. €5 accomplished face.

On October 11 at 7 pm Inauguration of the Illustration Exhibition “Manué the Manugrafista portrays Gigi McFarlane on gilded walls” with the presence of the artists. Plastic art representation of the Manué’s muse Gigi McFarlane and her music career evolution to date, but also the evolution of Manué’s style over a long period of frenetic pace of artistic activity. The exhibition will be shown from October 11 to November 5.

Plasticine sculpture Exhibition by Mano y Pincel: Original works inspired in Cinema characters, specially created for the 51 Festival.

Mexico visits us. Huichol Art Exhibition, works made by hand by a Wixarika family in Mexico, an ethnic group that has maintained its culture and traditions since pre-Columbian era.

Due to the success achieved, we have extended the Exhibition “Action Man Fetiche by Koldo Logan” who has transformed the Action Man that Hasbro made between 1990 and 2006, into series of unique dolls, who in their second life have opted to leave beards, pass waxing and enter new aesthetics.

artAmore Sitges is Art, Craft and Design. More than 100 artist and craftsmen show their wok at artAmore, especially creative recycling art.
